HELLO EVERYONE this is a post for everyone to say hi to each other and plan out AU histories and potential CR! Given that it's AU and both Hetalians and Nyotalians are coexisting, canon relations might be skewed a bit and that's okay. Just talk it out, guys! It is Hetalia after all, no one will question things if they get a bit weird. As long as everyone is having fun, who cares. Then you can discuss classes and what your characters are up to, what kind of trouble they're getting in or avoiding, etc. All that good stuff!

Once things have been all sorted out, I'd really appreciate it if you could pop on over here and fill out some info real quick so I can organize MORE THINGS.

I am pretty sure every other person in the whole school would disagree with that sentiment. But she does really try to be the delicate feminine flower. She does ballet! She gardens! She can probably bench press a pony SHE'S FUCKING DELICATE.

For real real I think? I tend not to play him as romantically in love with Russia, but rather, very strongly protective of her and so on. Perhaps she stood up for him when he was younger or something, and as he grew up he decided he'd work forever to repay the favour.

I am totally down with that. The bigger siblings are born first to protect the younger ones, after all. She'd probably break a few wrists of anyone that bullied him when they were much younger.

Of course now he kind of unnerves her and can take care of himself, but family is still family.

I figured they probably originally came from Russia/Slavic region, but the family moved over when they were still quite young, around primary school age... and then they lived in an area that had the same ethnic population, so everyone was speaking Russian 75% of the time anyway. (... Also so I could have Anya not able to get rid of her accent to save her life.)

As for parents, no headcanon on the mother, but I figured Dad was probably extremely domineering -- hence why Anya's livin' in the dorms. Shh, don't tell dad that's why.

Lmao, I imagine, Nikolay can speak english fine, but yeah his accent is still thick, because he never really bothered speaking to anyone but family, so he's still kind of quiet today, unless he focuses on how he pronounces words.

Yeah I don't have any ideas on mum... perhaps she passed away early, and Niko latched onto Anya in return. At the same time, I think he would cover for Anya against their dad, make up lies so dad doesn't take her awayyyy.

And are we rolling with Braginsky/Braginskaya (which would be how Anya would spell it) Or another name, incase we get a boy Russia and the like?

I've been sticking with the Braginsky/Braginskaya since I have a very limited knowledge on Russian names so FUCK IT ALL /tableflip
